About the author
Samreen Shah is an English teacher and has taught in schools for over 20 years. She also works with young people struggling with anxiety and trauma to help them continue to access their education. Samreen has spoken at global summits on social and emotional development learning for young people. She is committed to creating a space for children to develop ways to explore their thoughts, ideas and feelings.

About the illustrator
Harriet Muller is an Anglo-Costa Rican artist, living and working from her studio in Bournemouth. She studied at the University of Cambridge and the University of Seville. She has exhibited around the world including The British Embassy in Moscow and the National Library of Costa Rica where one of her paintings has been added to the private collection. Her passion is story telling through pictures.
