An interactive course, supporting parents and carers with strategies to help their children build confidence, communicate effectively and prepare for their future

 

 

 

Is your child struggling with communication, anxiety, or perfectionism?

 

Join our expert-led course designed to support parents and carers in helping their neurodiverse children (aged 10-18) develop essential communication and independence skills for navigating the world with confidence.

We're running a free introductory session on 30th April

Course Overview

Session 1: Understanding Your Unique Child
Explore simple strategies to help your neurodiverse child feel safe, heard, and understood.


Session 2: Communication in Challenging Situations
Understand your child’s emotional world and learn when, where, and how to respond calmly during meltdowns, shutdowns, and big feelings.


Session 3: School community 
Help Your Child Build Positive Relationships with Staff & Peers


Session 4: Preparing for Independence
Support your child to embrace who they are, explore their options, and prepare for the next stage of life—with positivity and practical steps.

Dates: Wednesdays – 18th June, 25th June, 2nd July, 9th July
Time: 8pm – 8:50pm (plus optional Q&A until 9:20pm)
Location: Online
Spaces: Limited to 6 participants for personalised support

An experienced educator, Bev specialises in supporting neurodiverse young people with anxiety, perfectionism, and communication challenges. She has led reintegration programmes and workshops to help students thrive. She has a neurodiverse child and understands the support needed as an education practitioner and as a parent. ​

Founder of Education Allies, Samreen has over two decades of experience helping young people with learning difficulties and mental health needs. She focuses on building confidence, self-belief, and academic success.
